About the Course
Fine, you've decided to start a company and you've a set of co founders with you and each is contributing well into it. At some time (and not very late), you would have to decide what share of the company would each co founder get.
What is fair and what is not? Who actually is a Co Founder? Who is not? Who has done justice to the role and who would keep on contributing into the future? These are tough decisions to make. Through an Ivy League business case, these sessions will take you through the above dilemma and help you in coming to an amicable resolution of it.
Broad Contents of the Sessions
1. How to decide how much each founder is contributing?
2. Different variables to consider while splitting up equity 3. When to decide that equity needs to be actually decided
4. How to plan the unforseen? 5. What is fair? Is fair and equal the same?
